Abstract:
Disclosed are a data transmission circuit, a circuit control method, and a memory. The data transmission circuit comprises a plurality of buffer circuits (9) and at least one control circuit (4). Each buffer circuit (9) comprises a write circuit (91) and a read circuit (93), wherein the write circuits (91) of the buffer circuits (9) form a write path for transmitting data, and the read circuits (93) of the buffer circuits (9) form a read path for transmitting data. The at least one control circuit (4) is used for controlling the buffer circuits (9) connected to the control circuit to transmit data or stop transmitting the data.
