Abstract:
An intelligent measurement apparatus suitable for a sewing machine, comprising a housing, a bed plate, and a presser foot assembly. A measurement apparatus is mounted and connected on the housing; the measurement apparatus comprises a displacement sensor, a movable bracket, and a fixed bracket; the fixed bracket is fixed to the housing; the movable bracket is connected to the fixed bracket and can rotate relative to the fixed bracket; the displacement sensor is fixedly connected to the movable bracket; the displacement sensor rotates along with the movable bracket in a complete release state, and the end of the displacement sensor corresponds to the presser foot assembly in the front-back direction and is in contact fit with the bed plate; the displacement sensor is connected to an electronic control system of the sewing machine by means of a circuit and feeds back a displacement signal generated by the displacement sensor. The intelligent measurement apparatus can automatically measure the thickness of a material to be sewed before sewing, and a signal source can be provided for automatic adjustment of a sewing machine, so that the adjustment precision and production efficiency of the sewing machine are greatly improved; moreover, the rotating speed of the sewing machine is adjusted in time according to a measurement signal, so that the operation is more stable, and the service life of sewing-related parts is prolonged.
