Abstract:
A large flow volume glue supply mechanism. A draw-in disc body (5) is connected in a sealed manner below a glue inlet end of a glue supply pump (2) of said mechanism; three lifting pneumatic cylinders (3) arranged in the shape of an equilateral triangle are arranged at an upper surface of a bearing plate (1) and located at the outside of the glue supply pump (2); a moving end of each lifting pneumatic cylinder (3) is connected to the same moving support frame (4), and the moving support frame (4) capable of moving up and down is connected to the glue supply pump (2); at least two positioning pins (24) used for matching with a glue canister are mounted on the bearing plate (1); fixed ends of adjacent lifting pneumatic cylinders (3) are each connected by means of a transverse plate (25); a middle portion of the draw-in disc body (5) is provided with a through hole (7) that is vertically hollow and allows passage of fluid in the glue canister; a cavity (8) is formed in the draw-in disc body (5) and is located on the outside of the through hole (7) in the circumferential direction, and a plurality of gas inlet pinholes (12) in communication with the cavity (8) are formed as spaced apart on a lower surface of the draw-in disc body (5). The preset large flow volume glue supply mechanism is able to uniformly release most gas generated during a process in a timely fashion, and same can prevent gases outside the canister from entering back in and producing bubbles.
