A low-power-consumption circuit (100) and an electronic device (300). The low-power-consumption circuit (100) comprises a device switch (110), and the device switch (110) can be triggered to be connected or disconnected; a first switch circuit (140) and a second switch circuit (150); a control end of the first switch circuit (140) is used for receiving a control signal of a device main circuit (130); a first end of the first switch circuit (140) is connected to a control end of the second switch circuit (150); a second end of the first switch circuit (140) is grounded; a first end and a second end of the second switch circuit (150) are separately connected to two ends of the device switch (110); the first switch circuit (140) is used for controlling the connection or disconnection of the second switch circuit (150) according to a signal of the control end of the first switch circuit (140); after the second switch circuit (150) is connected, the device switch (110) is short-circuited. By providing the low-power-consumption circuit (100), an electronic device (300) can achieve ultra-low static power consumption when the electronic device (300) is powered off or on standby, and the electronic device (300) can continuously operate for a long time under static power consumption.
