Disclosed in the present invention is a method for circularly stripping a waste positive electrode sheet current collector and a positive electrode material by using NMP, comprising the following steps: adding a positive electrode sheet into an NMP solution, stirring, and sieving to obtain a positive electrode cleaning filtrate and an aluminum foil; adding a flocculating agent into the positive electrode cleaning filtrate, stirring, standing, and then performing solid-liquid separation to obtain an NMP crude solution and positive electrode material powder; and adding a dehydrating agent into the NMP crude solution, and filtering to remove solids so as to obtain an NMP recovery solution, the obtained NMP recovery solution being circularly used for sorting the positive electrode sheet current collector and the positive electrode material. According to the method, the NMP solution is repeatedly recycled, and thus, the cost is relatively low, and the problem of high cost of an organic solvent is solved. In addition, the introduction of non-solvent water into a system changes the thermodynamic stability of the system, increases the solubility of PVDF, and also accordingly increases the dissolution rate.
