The present invention provides a method for protecting access to a scratch pad memory, a computer-readable medium and an electronic device. The method comprises: in response to an application from a user, enabling a series of commands in the same thread that require exclusive access to a scratch pad memory to enter a scratch pad memory protection segment, so as to obtain a target command string; during the period that the target command string within the scratch pad memory protection segment accesses the scratch pad memory, preventing commands other than the target command string from accessing the scratch pad memory; and after the target command string ends accessing the scratch pad memory, enabling the target command string to leave the scratch pad memory protection segment. According to the method, independent access to a scratch pad memory by a target command string is protected within a scratch pad memory protection segment, and for a series of commands in the same thread that require exclusive access to the scratch pad memory, the accuracy of execution results of these commands can be improved, and subsequent problems caused by execution errors can be reduced.
