Abstract:
[Problem] To increase the possibility of a refrigerant landing at a suitable position on each of two coil ends having different shapes and sizes. [Solution] A motor cooling structure that cools a motor having a plurality of coils wound around a stator core, wherein the motor has two coil ends protruding from both axial-direction ends of the stator core, and said motor cooling structure comprises a first refrigerant pipe that supplies refrigerant to one of the two coil ends, and a second refrigerant pipe that supplies refrigerant to the other of the two coil ends. The first refrigerant pipe has a first refrigerant supply unit overlapping the coil end along the axial direction, and the second refrigerant pipe has a second refrigerant supply unit overlapping the coil end along the axial direction. A discharge hole through which refrigerant is discharged to each coil end is formed on the first refrigerant supply unit and the second refrigerant supply unit, and the gravity-direction positions of the first refrigerant supply unit and the second refrigerant supply unit are different.
