Abstract:
Provided is a positioning and conveying system for layered distribution of a gypsum plaster board, comprising a control apparatus (5), a speed sensor(1) mounted on a distribution bridge (9), a variable frequency motor (2), a lift (3), and an encoder (4) mounted on the lift (3); the encoder (4) outputs one pulse signal for each revolution, and the number of pulse signals of the encoder (4) that corresponds to the layer height of a dryer is pre-stored in the control apparatus (5). The control apparatus (5) receives the number of pulse signals of the encoder (4), determines a lifting/lowering direction and a lifting/lowering distance of the lift (3) according to a comparison result of the counted number of pulse signals and the number of pulses corresponding to a preset layer height, and regulates the variable frequency motor (2) according to the lifting/lowering distance and a speed measurement value of the speed sensor (1) to change the conveying speed of the distribution bridge (9). Gypsum board layer changing and gypsum board conveying are linked and locked, so that layer changing and board conveying are completed at the same time, and when the distribution bridge (9) fits an inlet of a target drying layer, the board is directly fed into the dryer, so that waiting is not needed, time is saved, and the production efficiency is improved.
