Abstract:
Provided is a switching device that is for a multiphase motor and that changes characteristics of the multiphase motor while having a simplified structure. A switching device (10) for a multiphase motor is used for a motor (100) that comprises multiple-phase coils (32A, 32B, 32C), the coils (32A, 32B, 32C) each having a first coil part (1U, 3U, 1V, 3V, 1W, 3W) and a second coil part (2U, 4U, 2V, 4V, 2W, 4W). The switching device (10) for a multiphase motor according to the present disclosure comprises switching units (80) that each switch the number of serial connection of the first coil part (1U, 3U, 1V, 3V, 1W, 3W) and the second coil part (2U, 4U, 2V, 4V, 2W, 4W) in each of the coils (32A, 32B, 32C).
