Abstract:
A system for generating a workout routine according to an embodiment may include a wearable electronic device that collects workout data corresponding to a plurality of workout activities performed by a user wearing the wearable device on the basis of the user's biological data acquired from a sensor module of the wearable device, and transmits the collected workout data to an electronic device. The system according to an embodiment may include the electronic device that generates the workout routine of the user on the basis of the workout data received from the wearable electronic device and recommends changing at least one of the types of workout included in the workout routine, a workout duration, the number of workouts, a rest duration, or the number of rests according to body information about the user.
