Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a tooling mold used for manufacturing a brake disc and a method for manufacturing a brake disc. The tooling mold comprises: insertion sections, having a shape fitting the shape of heat dissipation holes and achieving an interference fit after insertion, end portions of the insertion sections being fixedly connected to slide channels by means of connection rods; and sliding sheets, said sliding sheets fitting the slide channels so as to achieve position adjustment of the insertion sections. The present invention achieves flexible adjustment as a whole and, for brake discs of different sizes, can achieve combined-type interval adjustment for use, thus being easy to operate by operators. The method for manufacturing a brake disc in the present invention can lower the difficulty of punching prefabricated bodies of carbon-carbon composite material brake discs, thus reducing the amount of machining, and reducing the required time and raw material consumption during vapor deposition of brake discs; the method can improve the smoothness of inner surfaces of heat dissipation holes, thus reducing the amount of finishing and solving the problems of dynamic unbalance and airflow velocity uniformity unbalance caused by rough holes; and the method can help to the material uniformity of products, thereby ensuring the uniformity of the expansion coefficient and lowering the cracking probability of products.
