Abstract:
In a power distribution system including a low-voltage power distribution system in which distributed power supplies are connected, as a method for realizing high-precision, low-variation voltage management for a low-voltage power distribution system, the following steps are repeated: a) a step for measuring the voltage value in the low-voltage power distribution system using a voltage-measuring device installed in each low-voltage power distribution system; b) a step for measuring the voltage value in a high-voltage power distribution system, to which the low-voltage power distribution system is connected, using a prescribed high-voltage device provided to the high-voltage power distribution system; c) a step for calculating the respective operating parameters of a voltage regulator provided to the high-voltage power distribution system, a PCS provided to the distributed power supply, and a SVG provided to the low-voltage power distribution system on the basis of the measurement values in step a) and step b); and d) a step for operating the voltage regulator, the PCS, and the SVG on the basis of the operating parameters calculated in step c), thereby smoothing changes in the voltage value over time in at least a part of a prescribed control range while maintaining the voltage value in the low-voltage power distribution system within the control range over time.
