Abstract:
The method involves configuring a protection relay (60) to receive the system data from various source points through a protection relay interface. The system parameter levels are determined at the source points. The network monitoring and control of the protection relay are performed based on the determined system parameter levels. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a protection relay used for monitoring a power distribution network; (b) and a power system data processing method.
