Title:
シクロデキストリン残基を含む有機ケイ素化合物
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005536653
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
Organosilicon compounds with cyclodextrin residues attached to silicon via hydrocarbon groups which may also contain in-chain oxygen, mercapto, amino, carbonyl, carboxyl, sulfoxide or sulfonyl groups. Organosilicon compounds (A) containing cyclodextrin units of formula (I): A aR bX cH dSiO (4-a-b-c-d)/2(I) A : a group of formula CD-R 2>- (at least one such group per molecule); CD : an optionally derivatized mono- or multi-valent cyclodextrin residue; R 2>optionally substituted hydrocarbylene, optionally with in-chain O, S, amino, carbonyl, sulfoxide or sulfonyl groups; R : optionally substituted hydrocarbyl, optionally with in-chain O, S and/or N atoms; X : -OR 1>; R 1>H or optionally substituted hydrocarbyl (optionally with ether O atoms); a : 0, 1 or 2; b, c, d : 0, 1, 2 or 3; (a+b+c+d) : not more than 4; (a+b+c+d) : 0 in not more than 90 (preferably not more than 30, most preferably 0) % of units (I); if (a+b+c+d) : 4, R 2>is not a triazinylene group; if (a+b+c+d) : not more than 3, R 2>is not a purely aliphatic alpha -carboxylic or alpha -carbonic acid derivative with omega -SiC links to the organosilicon compound, e.g. carboxylate ester, thiocarboxylate ester, carbonamide, thiocarbonamide, urethane, S-thiourethane or urea derivative; if (a+b+c+d) : not more than 3, R 2>is not -CH 2CHOHCH 2O(CH 2) 3-, -(CH 2) e-, -Ar-(CH 2) e-, -Ar-O-(CH 2) e-, -Ar-S-(CH 2) e-, -Ar-NHCO-(CH 2) e- or -CO-Ar-O-(CH 2) e-; e : 0-16; Ar : phenylene, propylene or furanylene; The cyclodextrin oxygen atom used for linking CD with R 2>may be replaced by S, NH or NR 0>; R 0>= as for R. Independent claims are also included for: (1) methods for the production of compounds (A) by reacting organosilicon compounds containing amino, mercapto, hydroxy, carboxy, anhydride, glycosido, phenolic, polyglycol, phosphonato or silalactone groups with halotriazine-functional CD derivatives (method M1), epoxy-functional CD derivatives (M2) or vinylsulfonyl-functional CD derivatives or CD derivatives with vinylsulfonyl derivative functions e.g. 2-sulfo-oxyethylsulfonyl or 2-chloroethylsulfonyl groups (M4) (2) a method (M3) for the production of (A) by reacting amino-functional CD derivatives with epoxy-functional polysiloxanes (3) a method (M5) for the production of (A) by reacting (meth)acryloyl-functional CD derivatives with organopolysiloxanes containing groups as listed in (1) above (4) a method (M6) for the production of (A) by reacting amino-functional CD derivatives with organosilicon compounds containing (meth)acryloyl groups (5) a method (M7) for the treatment of organic fibres by the application of compounds (A) to the fibres or textile sheet (6) crosslinkable materials containing (A) polysiloxanes with at least two hydrolyzable or condensable organyloxy or hydroxyl groups, (B) organosilicon compounds with CD groups plus at least two organyloxy or OH groups (optionally partly hydrolyzed or condensed), (C) cross-linkers comprising organopolysiloxanes with at least 2 SiH groups or amino group-containing organosilicon compounds with at least 2 organyloxy or OH groups and optionally (D) condensation catalysts (7) a method for the treatment of organic fibres by the application of these materials (as in 7) followed by cross linking.
