Abstract:
The roller motor has an external rotor with a number of individual magnets arranged on the inner periphery of a short circuit tube and a carrier device that is arranged at least partly radially inside the individual magnets and that has radially outwardly facing, axially oriented distance holder for separating the individual magnets in the peripheral direction... Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a method of manufacturing a roller motor or external rotor motor (B) a roller with an integrated roller motor (C) and a method of removing heat from at least one section of a roller.
