Abstract:
The present invention provides a window dimming system for an aircraft and includes a plurality of electrochromic windows (1050), each window being controllable by a respective passenger control panel (1049) and a cabin attendant control panel (1002). The color or opacity of each electrochromic window can be controlled either by the passengers or by the cabin attendant, the latter may override the passenger's control.
