Abstract:
A device for interruption-free power supply, has input terminals (90,91) for connecting to primary power supply device, first output terminals (100,101) for connecting a load (220), a device for decoupling the input terminals (90,91) from the output terminals (100,101) during disruption of the primary power supply source (230), a first controlled switching device for switching on the replacement power supply (60) and an associated control device, which has a fast switching power transistor (41,42) and in which a monitoring device (30) monitors the output current flowing through the power transistor (41,42), the control device (31) pulse width modulates the fast power transistor (41,42) in relation to the monitored current, so that the current supplied from the replacement current source (60) can be limited.
