Abstract:
Caliper has housing (30) for accommodating brake linings (40) which grip brake disk during braking and housing is provided with abutment area (33) for resting brake lining during braking in forward direction of travel. Prestressing device (32) which is embodied so as to prestress brake lining that is inserted into the housing into defined position. Independent claims are included for the following: (A) Housing of calliper; and (B) Combination of calliper with fork foot.
