Abstract:
The invention relates to a process for manufacturing artificial stone boards especially suitable for outdoors comprising the phases of:
- grinding of the different materials with varied granulometry forming the filler,
- containing the resin with the catalyst and optionally the resin,
- a moulding and compaction phase of the obtained paste by vibro-compression under vacuum, and
- a hardening phase by polymerization of the resin by means of heat, ending with a cooling and polishing phase.
