Abstract:
The surgical screw box (38) has a retainer component and a fastener component (68). The fastener component is movably mounted on the retainer component. The fastener component can be brought from closing position into atleast two-withdrawal position in each of which only one screw retainer is available for insertion or withdrawal of a bone screw.
