Abstract:
Gear for day of the month display mechanism in a watch movement, including: a driving organ ( 1 ), a driven organ ( 50 ), characterized in that said driving organ ( 1 ) is provided with z 1 first teeth ( 120 ) and z 2 second teeth ( 121 ), the height of the second teeth ( 121 ) being lower than the height of the first teeth ( 120 ), and in that said driven organ ( 50 ) is provided with z 3 third teeth ( 501 ) and z 4 fourth teeth ( 503 ), the height of the third teeth ( 501 ) being greater than the height of the fourth teeth ( 503 ), the height of the z 1 first teeth ( 120 ) allowing the z 3 third teeth ( 501 ) as well as the z 4 fourth teeth ( 503 ) to be driven, the height of the z 2 second teeth ( 121 ) allowing however only the z 3 third teeth ( 501 ) but not the z 4 fourth teeth ( 503 ) to be driven.
