Abstract:
Screw nut (70) made from a metallic material comprises an annular collar molded to one of the front faces of the nut so that it delimits a receiving slot (78) with a section surrounding a threaded hole (62) as support surface. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) Method for the production of a screw nut; and (2) Tool for carrying out the above process. Preferred Features: The annular collar forms a molded collar (74) having an outer surface (76) running radially to the axis parallel edges of the wall surface sections (56) of the screw nut.
