Title:
アルミニウム鋳物から成るクランクケーシングを備えた空気圧縮機
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010502881
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
The air compressor of a pneumatic system in a vehicle, comprises a piston pump that is fitted with a piston and a crankshaft (5), which are located in a crankcase, a channel (16) present in the crankcase for the guidance of a coolant. The crankcase is separated in a separating plane into two crankcase parts (6, 8). The coolant channel flows outwardly at a surface of the crankcase deviating from a contact surface (14) to a cylinder cap (17). An upper crankcase part is provided with the coolant channel and has cylinders (10, 12) guiding the piston. The surface of the crankcase is formed by a front surface, which is perpendicularly arranged to crankshaft. An inlet and an outlet of the coolant channel are formed at the front surface. The coolant channel of the crankcase is integrated into a coolant cycle having coolant channel and is formed by a tube made of a material different from aluminum. The tube is cast into the crankcase and has moldings. The separating plane contains a middle axis of the crankshaft. Crankshaft bearings are formed at the front surfaces of the crankcase parts and are separated by the separating plane of the crankcase parts. An open oil channel is formed in the contact surface of the crankcase parts and connects the crankshaft bearing with a further crankshaft bearing for oil supply. The oil channel is extent-laterally locked by connection of the two crankcase parts and flows at the crankcase part into connections for the oil supply. The two crankcase parts are connected by pull rods. An independent claim is included for a procedure for the production of an air compressor.
