Abstract:
Use of 2-component polyurethane adhesives for bonding flexible film substrates, is claimed, where the adhesive is supplied packaged in cartridges. Independent claims are included for: (1) bonding film substrates, comprising providing the polyurethane adhesive in cartridge form, and introducing the adhesive via a discharge device to an adhesive application apparatus for film substrates; and (2) a packaging unit for use as a laminating adhesive, comprising the reactive polyurethane adhesive, where the components of the adhesive are provided as the packaging unit in two separate containers in cartridge form, and the components are mixed via the discharge device in a predetermined mixing ratio.
