Title:
BURYING METHOD AND PEDESTAL FOR PIPE FOR HEAT EXCHANGE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2014129706
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bury a pipe at a necessary depth by safely and efficiently connecting an existing pile and the pipe to each other for a system which circulates a fluid in the pipe so as to collect heat at a deep underground position onto the ground.SOLUTION: A lower-end pipe retainer 10 in a hollow channel shape which is fixed to a lower end part of an existing pile 1C is connected to pipes 30A, 30A, the ground is excavated from the surface of the ground 32 to form a pit hole 33, and the existing pile 1C is lowered into the pit hole 33 (a) (b). An upper end part of an existing pile 1A is held on the ground 32, a pedestal 20 having a cut part formed is placed on the existing pile 1A, and the existing pile 1C in which a pipe 30C is held is further lowered from above (c). An existing pile 1C is placed on the pedestal 20, and the pipe 30A and pipe 30C are connected (d). The pedestal 20 is removed, the existing pile 1C and existing pile 1C are connected, and the connected existing piles 1C, 1B are lowered (e), and a necessary number of existing piles 1 are thus connected so as to bury the pipes in the pit hole 33 together with the existing piles.
