Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a steel-pipe pile, which reduces a pressure bulb generated at a pile tip to allow the steel-pipe pile to be easily constructed during construction work of the steel-pipe pile.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a steel-pipe pile having an earth removal type tip shape comprises: a first step of cutting off a pair part A at a tip of a steel pipe having an outer diameter D; a second step of tilting a part B and a part C which are other than the part A in the first step so that the part B and the part C are brought into contact with each other; and a third step of welding a contact edge between the part B and the part C. A part obtained in the third step has an inequilateral heptagonal shape formed by apexes P, P, P, P, P, P, Pin an orthographic projection plane.
