Title:
DEVICE FOR RECOVERING PHOSPHORUS FROM PHOSPHORUS-CONTAINING WATER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2014138935
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for recovering phosphorus from a phosphorus-containing water, in which an agglomerating phosphorus is not precipitated and reduction of the phosphorus recovery rate is prevented.SOLUTION: A device for recovering phosphorus includes a crystallization reaction tower 2 for recovering phosphorus by a crystallization reaction while a raw water containing the phosphorus introduced from a lower part thereof is made to ascend therein. The treated water, which have been made to ascend in the crystallization reaction tower 2 and in which the phosphorus have been recovered, is discharged from a discharge port 20 to the outside of the crystallization reaction tower 2, sent to a pH adjustment tank 3 through an upper part circulation pipeline 30 as a circulating water, and adjusted in a range of pH 8.0-8.7 in the pH adjustment tank 3. The circulating water after pH adjustment is returned and circulated to a lower part of the crystallization reaction tower 2 through a lower part circulation pipeline 31. Thus, a circulatory system is formed between the crystallization reaction tower 2 and the pH adjustment tank 3, and an amount of the circulating water is adjusted within a range of 3-30 times a water amount of the raw water containing the phosphorus introduced from the lower part of the crystallization reaction tower 2.
