Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide surface-treated copper foil having good adhesion with a resin, exhibiting excellent visibility when observed through the resin, and provide a laminate sheet with use of the same.SOLUTION: The surface-treated coper foil includes at least one surface-treated surface having a color difference of ΔE*ab of 40 or more based on JIS Z8730. After polyimide having a ΔB(PI) to be described in the following of 50 or more and 65 or less before lamination to the copper foil is laminated onto the surface-treated surface of the copper foil, the copper foil is photographed through the polyimide with a CCD camera. The brightness of the photographed image is measured for each of the observation points along the direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the observed copper foil, so that an observation point vs brightness graph is made. The surface treated copper foil has a ΔB(ΔB=Bt-Bb) of 40 or more, where Bt represents the average value at the top and Bb represents the average value at the bottom in the brightness curve in the graph for the range from the end of the copper foil to the portion having no copper foil.
