Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable capacitance capacitor that has a low ESR.SOLUTION: In the variable capacitance capacitor which has a first internal electrode 11 disposed inside a capacitor body 10, a second internal electrode 12 opposed to the first internal electrode in one direction via a dielectric part, an AC inputting external electrode 15 and an AC outputting external electrode 16 for inputting/outputting an AC voltage into/from a capacitor element, a first DC applying external electrode 13 electrically connected to the first internal electrode, and a second DC applying external electrode 14 electrically connected to the second internal electrode, and in which a DC voltage is applied between the first DC applying external electrode and the second DC applying external electrode, a part of the first internal electrode and a part of the second internal electrode are opposed in the one direction, and in a view from the one direction, corners of an opposition area A where the first internal electrode and the second internal electrode are opposed which are situated in regions where respective edges cross each other are acute angles.
