Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of shoes or sneakers supporting the part of the arch of a foot, and enabling a user to smoothly walk and less likely to get tired.SOLUTION: An inner sole or an insole for walking shoes is made of an elastic material having a flat shape and cushioning property, and forms various recesses and projections on the top face corresponding to a position of the sole thenar or the arch. A pair of walking shoes or sneakers is formed by combining together the inner sole or the insole, and a shoe sole or an outer sole provided with a linear groove in the lateral direction on a surface (top face) contacting the sole, and forming a circular or oval groove on a ground plane (lower surface), and a projecting circular groove in the tiptoe direction.
