Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress play caused by a clearance caused by a difference between a length of a collar and a plate thickness of a resin member when fastening a metal member and the resin member via the collar, and to perform fastening work only from one side.SOLUTION: A fastening structure 10 includes: a metallic member 12 on which a first penetration hole 12A is formed; a resin member 14 on which a second penetration hole 14A communicating with the first penetration hole 12A is formed, and which is fastened to the metal member 12; a collar 16 on the axial center part of which a third penetration hole 16A is formed, and which is inserted into the second penetration hole 14A from the resin member 14 side; a bolt 20 with a flange, in which a male screw part 26 is formed at an outer peripheral face of a flange part 24, which is inserted into the third penetration hole 16A and the first penetration hole 12A from the collar 16 side, which is screwed to a weld nut 28 fixed to the metal member 12; and a pressing nut 30 on the inner peripheral face of which a female screw part 32 is formed, which comes in contact with the resin member 14 by being screwed to the male screw part 26, and which presses the resin member 14 to the metal member 12 side.
