Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nut which doubles as over-fastening prevention and loosening prevention which are contrary to each other, and can be used for a spot always receiving vibrations such as facilities of railways, roads or the like, for a machine, a device or the like which allows sliding and for a spot to which a material to be damaged by over-fastening should be fixed.SOLUTION: A flat nut with a rubbery washer is constituted integrally by embedding a flat nut on a larger rubbery washer. The embedded flat nut is smaller and thinner than the larger rubbery washer, and has such a thickness so as not to bulge out of the larger rubbery washer. JIS nuts on the market are doubly attached, a part of the nuts on the market is rotated with an electric drill or the like, thereby, rotation is stopped with friction of rubber when a rubber part of the rubbery washer is set on the prescribed position, the JIS nuts on the market are fastened, and fixation of loosening-free nuts can be obtained. Therefore, the nut which doubles as over-fastening prevention and loosening prevention can prevent the loosening of the nut due to vibrations in such a case that the material to be damaged by over-fastening is used on a place in which the material receives vibrations and on a machine, a device or the like which allows sliding.
