Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet device capable of restricting resin burning of a toilet seat or capable of applying ultraviolet rays of sufficient strength onto a surface of a bowl part.SOLUTION: A toilet device comprises: a toilet seat including a seating surface and an inner peripheral surface; a toilet cover covering the seating surface in a closed state and having a rear face opposite to the seating surface; and a light source device provided in the rear face and applying ultraviolet rays onto a bowl part of a toilet bowl where a photocatalytic film is formed in a state that the toilet cover is closed. The light source device has an irradiation part for applying the ultraviolet rays, the irradiation part is provided above a rim surface of the toilet bowl in the state that the toilet cover is closed, direct light of the ultraviolet rays applied by the irradiation part does not hit the seating surface, and the inner peripheral surface and the surface of the bowl part are irradiated.
