Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening cover attachment mechanism capable of suppressing loss of bolts (screws) as much as possible, and a disk surface inspection device using the same.SOLUTION: An opening cover attachment mechanism includes: an opening cover which covers an opening; a cover fixing block; a drop prevention block; and a bolt with key function. The cover fixing block includes a first male screw which fixes the opening cover and has a first key way provided in a lengthwise direction of a peripheral part. The drop prevention block includes: a second key way which is provided in the lengthwise direction of a peripheral part of a cylinder part provided in a position corresponding to the first male screw and has the same cross section as the first key way; and a second space part located on the side of the first male screw of the cylinder part and has a larger diameter than the cylinder part. The bolt with key function includes: a male screw to be engaged with a first female screw; a front end non-screw part which is provided on the front end side of the male screw and has a diameter smaller than an inner diameter of the first female screw and has, at the front end, a key capable of being engaged with the first key way and the second key way; and a connection non-screw part provided between a bolt head and the male screw and having such a length that the male screw is engaged with the first female screw in a tightened state.
