Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device for a game machine capable of emitting light from a light source efficiently in a direction of the player within a limited space, and a game machine using the illumination device.SOLUTION: A reflection member (55) has a portion (or a cylindrical portion) having a cylindrical shape, and a light source (510) is arranged on a predetermined face of a substrate on which the light source (510) is arranged, and the face of the substrate having the light source (510) arranged thereon is arranged in parallel with the front face of a game machine (1). The end face of the reflecting member (55) on the side of the game machine (1) is formed in an inclined manner so that extension of a virtual line to be a central axis of the cylindrical part of the reflection member is directed to the direction of a player (i.e., a player direction) playing at a position opposed to the front face center of the game machine (1).
