PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet post-processing device in an image forming apparatus, which is simplified in a configuration of paper sheet alignment means to reduce cost.SOLUTION: Paper sheets ejected from a pair of delivery rollers 203 are delivered to a punch stage while back side end faces of the paper sheets are supported by a punch unit and the front side end faces of the paper sheets are supported by a guide tray 205, and the delivered paper sheets are stacked in a bundle. The paper sheets in the bundle are clamped by a clamp 401 revolving in a clamp unit 400, are aligned by abutting rear ends of the paper sheets to a punch part reference fence 207, and are punched by the punch unit. The bundle of paper sheets is moved to a staple stage provided below, from the punch unit while the bundle of paper sheets is clamped by the clamp 401. After moving the bundle of paper sheets, a shift mode for shifting and ejecting the paper sheets, and a staple mode for binding the plurality of paper sheets and ejecting the bound paper sheets, are provided. Turn of the clamp unit 400 and swing of a return roller 402 are driven by the same drive source.
