PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate transfer belt which can prevent the occurrence of bloom and achieve stable transfer for the long term.SOLUTION: In an intermediate transfer belt having an elastic layer, the level of fatty acid included in the elastic layer is 0.005-0.020 mass% of the weight of the elastic layer, and two or more kinds of the fatty acid exist. Preferably, the elastic layer is acryl rubber and the fatty acid is stearic acid and palmitic acid.
