Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency of discharging scrap that is generated in press processing.SOLUTION: A press die 13 has a lower die 11 of a stationary side and an upper die of a movable side which is vertically movable toward the lower die. A pierce punch 21 is disposed in the press die 13 as a shearing tool for shearing a plate material W. In the lower die 11, there are disposed a falling passage 31 for guiding scrap S sheared by the shearing tool to a lower part of the lower die 11, and an inclined passage 32 formed on the lower die 11 so as to be inclined downward. On the inclined passage 32, a scrap chute 36 is disposed for guiding the scrap S to an aperture 34. Both side parts of the scrap chute 36 are abutted against a projection 38 which is an abutting part.
