Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cam mechanism in which a tool fitted to a tool fitting surface with vertical movement of a mold can be reciprocally moved with good accuracy in a desired direction, and a processing device using the cam mechanism.SOLUTION: A cam mechanism comprises: a base 21 which moves in a vertical direction with vertical movement of a mold; a cam slide 22 which has a tool fitting surface 226 and is suspended from a guide bar 211 of the base 21 in such a state that the cam slide is movable along the guide bar 211; a cam driver 23 which guides the cam slide 22 along the guide bar 211 by sliding movements of a slide surface 230 inclined with respect to the movement direction of the base 21 and a slide surface 228 of the cam slide 22 in vertical movement of the base 21; a spring 221 for pushing back the slide 22; and a bearing 50 as a rattle prevention mechanism which is disposed in a through hole 223 of the cam slide 22 and into which the guide bar 211 is slidably inserted with null or negative clearance in at least a vertical direction.
