Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processing device that is constituted so as to stabilize and uniform binding force in binding a wide range such as a binding part of a sheet bundle, in particular a whole area in a width direction of a sheet.SOLUTION: A sheet processing device 3, which performs binding processing by pressurizing and deforming unevenly a part of a sheet bundle in which a plurality of sheets are stacked, comprises crimping teeth 101 and 102 that can be engaged with each other for the uneven deformation of the sheet bundle. In one teeth 102 of the crimping teeth, pressurizing means 103 that can move along the longitudinal direction of the crimping teeth 102 while pressurizing the back side of the opposite surfaces of the crimping teeth is arranged.
