PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die holder fitting device in which a die holder can be easily attached to and detached from a lower turret, and the die holder can be fixed with high rigidity and can be fitted with high positional reproducibility and with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A lower turret 4 includes a die holder placing surface 22 on which a die holder 3 is placed, and a pair of wall surfaces 23, 24 facing each other which rise upward from both sides of the circumferential direction of the die holder placing surface 22. The die holder 3 includes a first side surface 17 which comes in contact with one side wall surface 23 of the pair of wall surfaces 23, 24, and a second side wall 18 which faces the other side wall surface 24 across a wedge-shaped gap 32 that becomes narrower toward the inner diameter side further. A die holder fitting device includes: a wedge member 25 which is inserted into the wedge-shaped gap 32, and has a shape where the circular direction width becomes narrower toward the inner diameter side; an advancing and retracting structure 26 which makes the wedge member 25 be advanced and retracted in the radial direction; and radial direction positioning means 30 which positions the die holder 3 placed on the die holder placing surface 22 in the radial direction.
