Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a wheel disk for an automobile, capable of achieving at least one of suppression of waving of a disk flange, suppression of generation of any galling phenomenon with a rim when the disk flange is fitted to the rim, and improvement of adhesiveness to the rim when the disk flange is fitted to the rim, compared to a conventional method.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a wheel disk for an automobile comprises: a first step for obtaining first material 30 by opening a hole 30a forming a decorative hole 15 in flat disk-like material; a second step for obtaining second material 31 having a disk flange 14 by drawing forming with press working for the first material 30; and a third step for straightening waving of the disk flange 14 in an axial direction by using a first die 32 having a stopper part 32a and a second die 33 having a second inclined part 33a.
