PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact heat exchange module which is high in heat radiation efficiency.SOLUTION: A heat exchange module 1 is mainly constituted of: a main body 5 having a heat transport part 7 and a heat storage part 9; and a heat radiation part 11 or the like. In the main body 5, the heat transport part 7 and the heat storage part 9 are integrally configured. A heating part 3 is brought into contact with one end of the heat transport part 7. The heat radiation part 11 constituted of a plurality of fins is disposed in the neighborhood of the other end of the heat transport part 7. That is, the heat transport part 7 is configured to transport the heat of the heating part 3 to the heat radiation part 11. A heat pipe 13 is embedded along the heat transport direction in the heat transport part 7. The heat storage part 9 is integrally disposed at the lower part (at a side opposed to the contact side of the heating part 3) of the heat transport part 7. The heat storage part 9 is fixed with a heat storage member 15. That is, the heat storage part 9 has a space part in which the heat storage member 15 can be stored. Also, both ends of the main body 5 are closed to prevent the leakage of the heat storage member 15.
