Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet device capable of prolonging the life of a UV light source and irradiating the front surface of a bowl part with a UV ray with intensity required for exciting a photocatalyst even in the end stage of the life.SOLUTION: A toilet device includes: a toilet seat having a seat surface; a toilet lid for covering the seat surface in a closed state and having a rear surface opposing to the seat surface; and an irradiation device arranged on the rear surface and irradiating the bowl part of a toilet, where a photocatalytic film is formed, with a UV ray. The irradiation device includes multiple irradiation parts having at least the first irradiation part and the second irradiation part. The first irradiation part and the second irradiation part adjust the turning-on/off of irradiation in response to an integrated irradiation time.
