Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heated toilet seat device and a manufacturing method of the heated toilet seat device, that can suppress an influence of a difference between heat contraction of a resin and heat contraction of a metal.SOLUTION: A heated toilet seat device can increase the temperature of a toilet seat by using an induction heating system, and comprises: a base material part made of a resin; a heated electric conductor provided on the base material part in a certain region including a seating surface of the toilet seat, and inductively heated by a magnetic field; and a surface part provided on the heated electric conductor and forming the seating surface of the toilet seat. The heated electric conductor includes an aggregate formed of metal fibers and its whole structure has stretchability.
