Abstract:
PURPOSE: A sterilization pad, a method for manufacturing the sterilization pad, a toilet with the sterilization pad, and a sterilization method are provided to improve durability and to extend the service life thereof. CONSTITUTION: A sterilization pad comprises a microcapsule(110) containing propolis extracts and polyurethane foam. The microcapsule is equipped on the surface of the polyurethane foam and comprises silica gel(111) which is formed by a sol-gel reaction and a sterilizing material(115) filled into silica gel. The silica gel forming the outer shell of the microcapsule is a material with pores and has a structure that the pore thereof is expanded in order to emit the sterilizing material. The silica gel has a capsule shape that the inside thereof is hollow.
