Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freeze-dried state monitoring method for a material to be dried, and a freeze-dried state monitoring device by the method capable of appropriately grasping a freeze-dried state in the entire process of a freeze dryer, and reliably avoiding a collapse of the material to be dried.SOLUTION: In any of a preliminary freezing process, a primary drying process, and a secondary drying process, an average product temperature in the preliminary freezing process, an average product temperature, an average sublimation temperature, and an average sublimation rate in the primary drying process, and an average product temperature and an average dehumidifying speed in the secondary drying process can be calculated respectively based on the temperature difference between a heat medium temperature on an entrance side of a shelf board and a heat medium temperature on an exit side of the shelf board. Also, data that appropriately reflects a freeze-dried state of the entire material to be dried can be acquired, and an appropriate freeze-dried state can be maintained and managed.
