Title:
FITTING STRUCTURE OF DECORATIVE BODY AND FITTING METHOD OF DECORATIVE BODY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2015031859
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a decorative body to be surely fixed to a tabular substrate such as a spectacle lens for a long term without disturbing brightness of the decorative body, allow the decorative body to be freely designed without placing burden on a substrate when attaching/detaching, and fit the decorative body by a simple configuration and simple steps.SOLUTION: In a structure in which a decorative body having the maximum diameter at a boundary between an upper part and a substantially inverse conical lower part is fit to a tabular substrate, a rear pyramid-shaped recess is formed with a bore diameter not exceeding the maximum diameter in a rear opening of a through-hole and a front pyramid-shaped recess substantially corresponding to the lower shape of the decorative body is formed in a front opening, and a UV-curing resin is applied to both the pyramid-shaped recesses. A surface annular resin part formed so as to cover the boundary between the circumference of the decorative body and the front pyramid-shaped recess when installing the decorative body in the front pyramid-shaped recess via the resin, a rear face annular resin part applied to the rear pyramid-shaped recess, and a UV-curing resin part applied between the front pyramid-shaped recess and a decorative body lower part form a continuous resin part. The resin part is integrally cured by the irradiation with ultraviolet rays.
