Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scrapless heading method which can manufacture efficiently a washer and a bolt from one rod-shaped material in a scrapless manner.SOLUTION: Firstly, a cut material B is headed, and a heading material C is formed consisting of a disc portion C2, in which a saw blade shape second cam portion 2b is formed on the upper surface and a jagged portion 2c is formed on the lower surface, and a cylindrical portion C1 projected in a concentric and an unified manner therewith. Next, the heading material C is punched out with a piercing tool 32 so as to be separated to both a washer 2, in which a through hole 2a is formed in the central part, the saw blade shape second cam portion 2b is formed on the upper surface and the jagged portion 2c is formed on the lower surface, and a cylindrical body D. Then, the cylindrical body D is headed to form a heading material E consisting of a head portion E1 and shaft portion E2 projected in a concentric and an unified manner therewith. Thereafter, the heading material E is headed to form a bolt 1 consisting of a head portion 1a, in which a saw blade shape first cam portion 1d is formed on the lower surface, and a screw shaft portion 1b projected in a concentric and an unified manner therewith.
