Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide guide device capable of avoiding accuracy deterioration related to frictional resistance, and easy to be manufactured and adjusted with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A slide guide device 1 includes: a guide body 2 that has a reference guide surface 23 and a sub guide surface 24 parallel with each other; and a slider 3 that has a reference slide pad 31 sliding on the reference guide surface 23 and a sub slide pad 33 sliding on the sub guide surface 24, and moves the slider 3 driven by a driving device 5 along the guide body 2. The sub slide pad 33 has a slide surface as a sub slide surface sliding on the sub guide surface 24, and an air pocket receiving a load in a non-contact manner with the sub guide surface 24.
